Security Guard - Residential Building Richmond
Commissionaires BC is currently looking for a security professional to work overnights Saturday and Sunday at a residential community in Richmond.
Position hours: Saturday and Sunday 10pm to 6am
Payrate: $20.62/hr
Your Must-Haves:
- A valid BC Security License
- Fluent English written, verbal and reading skills
Some of your responsibilities include:
- Provide superior customer service to residents of the building
- Perform regular exterior and interior patrols
- Provide access control
- CCTV monitoring
- Respond to alarms
- Investigate security incidents, escalating as necessary
- Maintains a safe environment for all personnel and the public
- Keep a written log of all incidence and occurrences
Your Nice to Haves:
- Class 5 drivers license
- Experience working in a residential building
- OFA 1
