Security Officer - Maple Ridge - Full Time

Maple Ridge, BC, Canada - Full Time

Commissionaires BC is currently looking for a guard to work at a Government site in Maple Ridge.

Rotation: Monday to Friday, 8:00am - 4:45pm

Payrate: $21.00 per hour

Some of your responsibilities include:

  • Interior and exterior patrols
  • Access Control and visitor verification
  • Crowd control and management
  • Responding to potential protesters or media
  • Directing incoming mail to relevant staff
  • First responder in building emergencies such as evacuations and medical emergencies
  • Following specific emergency and alarm response protocols. 

Your Must Haves …

  • Valid BC Security License
  • Have lived in Canada for a minimum of 5 years due to clearance requirements
  • OFA 1 
  • Excellent English oral and written skills
