Security Safety Escort - Kent - Temporary Full Time

Agassiz, BC, Canada - Full Time

Currently we are hiring for Construction Safety Escorts based out a High-Profile Federal Site in Kent, BC.  

Construction Safety Escorts are responsible for the safe and secure movement of the contractors (in accordance with the site’s requirements).  

Rotation: Monday to Friday, 0700 - 1500

  • End Date: May 15, 2026

Payrate: $21.67/hour

Some of your responsibilities include: 

  • Escort individuals to and from Uncontrolled Areas 
  • Prior to entering the Restricted Area and/or Sterile Area, verify all Temporary Passes against Lost & stolen list 
  • Notify the correct parties when entering the facility and when leaving 
  • Notify the senior escort of any safety and/or security incidents (regardless of severity) that occur on the site 
  • Ensure that Escort Ratios are adhered to (at all times) while escorting construction workers working at the site  
  • Ensure that Visual Contact is maintained while escorting construction workers using Temporary Passes 

Your Must – Haves … 

  • Valid BC Security Licence
  • Have resided in Canada for a minimum of 5 years for clearance purposes
  • Basic First Aid (OFA 1) certificate

 Good to have:  

  • WHMIS  
  • Fall Protection Course
