Security Guard - Penticton

Penticton, BC, Canada - Part Time to Full Time

Commissionaires BC is currently looking for Security professionals to work at a site in Penticton. As a Security Officer, you'll be responsible site access control, continuous foot and vehicle patrols of the interior and exterior of the building.  

Payrate: $20-22/hr

Your 'Must Haves':

  • BC Security Workers License.
  • Class 5 Drivers License a clear driver’s abstract
  • OFA 1
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with demonstrated experience in preparing security reports
  • Proficient with MS Office and comfortable with using computers
  • Have lived in Canada for 5 or more years in order to obtain security clearances

Job Duties:

  • Provides excellent customer service by greeting customers, answering questions, and providing solutions. Liaison between the site and the public
  • Interior and exterior patrols
  • Access Control and visitor verification
