Security Guard - Secret Clearance Vancouver
Commissionaires BC is hiring for security professionals to work at a high security government site in downtown Vancouver.
Shift times:
- Monday to Friday days or evenings (7am till 3pm, 11am till 7pm)
- Weekends days or evenings (7am till 3pm, 11am till 7pm)
- From $21.67 per hour
Due to the nature of the site, you will be required to obtain a Secret Clearance from the Canadian Government.
Your Must Haves …
- Valid BC Security License
- Eligible to obtain a Secret Clearance
- Have lived in Canada for a minimum of 10 years
- Able to provide address and employment history for the last 10 years with no unexplained gaps
- Hold Canadian citizenship or PR
- Basic First Aid/OFA 1
- Excellent English oral and written skills
- Strong administrative skills
Some of your responsibilities include:
- Provide first class customer service to contractors and clients whilst based at front desk
- Access control
- Contractor escorting
- Interior patrols
- First responder in building emergencies such as evacuations and medical emergencies
- Following specific emergency and alarm response protocols.
