Commissionaires BC is looking for an experienced Security Professional to join our team at Kelowna Airport. If you have security experience, excellent communication skills, and are looking to grow your career, we encourage you to apply!

Position Available:
Full Time Friday to Monday 10pm till 6am (2200-0600)

Payrate: $23.18/hr

Some of your responsibilities include: 

• Completing interior and exterior patrols of the airport
• Offering first class customer service to both clients and general public
• Access Control
• CCTV Monitoring
• Proactively responding to and resolving emergency situations and conflicts
• Maintaining detailed and accurate daily logs and incident reports
• Effectively communicating with other staff about problems and concerns
• Supporting the Site Supervisor as required

• BC Security License with previous security experience
• You have resided in Canada for 5+ years and have the ability to obtain a government clearance
• BC Class 5 Driver's License with clear driver's abstract
• Comfortable using a computer
• Excellent problem solving skills  
• You can work under pressure
• Physically able to stand and walk for long periods and work both indoors and outdoors in a range of weather conditions
