We are seeking a Site Lead to join our team at an Intermediate First Aid/OFA 2 site in Richmond. You will play a key role in ensuring the safety and security of the property while providing excellent customer service to our clients.

Schedule: Mon - Fri 07:00 - 15:00
Payrate: $26.50/hour

Some of your responsibilities include:

Coordinate daily security operations between assigned security personnel.
Assist with onboarding, orientation, and site-specific training of new security personnel.
Review and update post orders annually, and as required to reflect changes in client requirements, site operations, security risks, or regulatory obligations.
Provide guidance and support to security personnel regarding post orders, procedures, and service expectations.
Coordinate site spare personnel and assist with maintaining staffing continuity.
Manage shift schedules, vacation requests, shift trades, and time-off requests in coordination with management.
Ensure shift-to-shift communication and operational continuity.
Review reports, logs, and documentation for completeness and consistency.
Monitor service delivery standards and procedural compliance.
Act as the primary day-to-day liaison with designated client representatives.
Provide operational direction and coordination during incidents, emergencies, and escalations.
Escalate staffing concerns, operational issues, security incidents, or service-related matters to management as required.
Conduct security guard duties as per the post orders.

Your Must-Haves:

Valid BC Security License.
Intermediate First Aid/OFA 2 certification.
Experience with CCTV and access control systems.
Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
